When you’re craving a crunchy snack, these cheese crackers will surprise you with their crisp texture and rich flavor. While Cheddar is used in this recipe, other semi-hard cheeses, like Parmesan, work equally well. Enjoy these with a light dip or your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon the cheese by tablespoons into eight piles, spaced at least 1½ inches apart.
  • Place the sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove the sheet from the oven. Cool the crackers on the sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Gently remove each cracker from the parchment and enjoy.
