Ingredients
2 cups kale, cleaned, leaves trimmed from stalk
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, add kale leaves and the olive oil. Toss to coat the leaves evenly with the oil.
- Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the bowl. Toss again to coat the leaves evenly.
- On a parchment-lined baking baking sheet, spread the kale into an even layer. Place the sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the baking sheet, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Cool the kale on the tray for 3 minutes before serving.
