Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
These thick-cut pork chops are coated in a dry ranch rub, then slow-cooked to juicy perfection. They’re wonderful when served with a salad or wilted greens and garlic.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon plus
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon plus
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon sweet cream buttermilk powder
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1 cup organic beef or organic chicken broth
4 thick-cut boneless free-range pork chops

Step 1In a small bowl, stir together all the dry seasonings. You will use 1 tablespoon of rub for every 1 pound of pork in this recipe. Store any unused rub in an airtight container for later use.
Step 2Pour the broth into the slow cooker. Coat each pork chop with rub and place in the slow cooker.
Step 3Cover and cook on low until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145°F, about 2 ½ hours. Serve hot.
