Ingredients
2 cups shredded organic mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp plus a pinch pizza seasoning, divided
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Grated organic Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (don’t use aluminum foil). Arrange the mozzarella on the sheet in an even layer to form a large rectangle with no holes. Sprinkle the garlic powder and a pinch of pizza seasoning over the cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and browned all around the edges, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and set aside to cool for 3 minutes.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the top of the crust, and then sprinkle it with the Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1 teaspoon of pizza seasoning. Return the pizza to the oven for about 1 minute. Slice and serve hot.
