Ingredients
2 large turnips
6 tbs coconut oil
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
sprig of fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- Peel turnips and cut it into sticks.
- Add 2 tbs of the oil, onion powder and paprika to a bowl, add the turnips. Turn to coat the turnips with the mixture.
- Add the remaining oil to a baking pan and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Add the turnip sticks to the hot oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
