Ingredients
3 medium carrots
2 scoops favorite vanilla protein powder
8 oz mandarin orange seltzer water (Polar Springs is a delicious choice)
2 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp orange extract
orange slice for garnish
Directions
- In a blender add carrots, blend in cream, protein powder, extracts and seltzer water.
- Blend until desired thickness
- Pour into glass and garnish with orange slice
