Who doesn’t love an orange creamsicle in the summer? Try this alternative for delicious and keto-friendly summer snack or meal replacement.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots

  • 2 scoops favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 8 oz mandarin orange seltzer water (Polar Springs is a delicious choice)

  • 2 oz heavy cream

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp orange extract

  • orange slice for garnish

Directions

  • In a blender add carrots, blend in cream, protein powder, extracts and seltzer water.
  • Blend until desired thickness
  • Pour into glass and garnish with orange slice
