kcalAll of my favorite berries come together in this super fruity and fibrous smoothie. This tall glass of refreshment was a staple meal for me during busy workdays, often replacing lunch. Since berries tend to be high in fiber they are lower on the glycemic index scale, making them a great superfood for anyone on the keto diet. Enjoy this smoothie with fresh or frozen berries, depending on the time of year.
