Ingredients
2 pounds pork skin
3 tbsp dried chives
3 tbsp sweet cream buttermilk powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the pork skin into 1-inch squares and place each square skin-side up on the sheet.
- Bake the skins for 2 ½ hours. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and set aside until the pork rinds are cool enough to handle.
- In a large bowl, toss the warm pork rinds with the chives, buttermilk powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Serve warm or at room temperature.
