Ingredients
4 slices Genoa salami
4 tbsp Rhode Island Red Marinara Sauce, divided
4 tbsp shredded organic mozzarella cheese, divided
Pizza seasoning
Directions
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the salami slices on the sheet, with space between each one. Top each with 1 tablespoon of marinara. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella on each pizza and add a pinch of pizza seasoning.
- Place the pizzas under the broiler until the cheese bubbles, about 1 minute. Serve.
