This keto smoothie is simple to make, but still tastes great. Enjoy on hot afternoons while lounging on the porch.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops favorite protein powder 

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil

  • Ice cubes

  • Blender

Directions

  • In blender add protein powder, almond milk, mct oil and ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency.
  • Pour and serve.
  • For a frozen treat, blend and pour into popsicle molds or freezer safe container. Let set and serve.
