kcalWho doesn’t love tacos? This keto friendly variation lets you add your favorite fish to the mix. Swapping out a taco shell for lettuce leaves keeps you in the keto zone.
Ingredients
10 ounces favorite fish
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp southwest chipotle or your favorite tex-mex mix
8 lettuce leaves
1/2 cup favorite salsa
1/4 cup favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup favorite guacamole
1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Rub fish with spices
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add fish. Sear for about 5 minutes, flip and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and slice in 2 in. cubes.
- Add fish to lettuce leaves.
- Spoon in salsa, hot sauce, sour cream and guacamole as desired.
- Serve.
