Who doesn’t love tacos? This keto friendly variation lets you add your favorite fish to the mix. Swapping out a taco shell for lettuce leaves keeps you in the keto zone.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces favorite fish

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp southwest chipotle or your favorite tex-mex mix

  • 8 lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 cup favorite salsa

  • 1/4 cup favorite hot sauce

  • 1/2 cup favorite guacamole

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions

  • Rub fish with spices
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add fish. Sear for about 5 minutes, flip and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove and slice in 2 in. cubes.
  • Add fish to lettuce leaves.
  • Spoon in salsa, hot sauce, sour cream and guacamole as desired.
  • Serve.
