Sweet Angel Eggs
Deviled eggs . . . my loves . . . my everything . . . . I always have hard boiled eggs on hand for salads and on-the-go snacks. These breakfast-friendly deviled eggs are slightly sweet and satisfying— like a cinnamon bun.
4 large free-range eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Vanilla Bean Sweetener
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
TipsIf you’re in a hurry, use Miracle Whip in place of the mayonnaise and sweetener.

Step 1Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg white halves on a plate.
Step 2Add the mayonnaise, sweetener (if using), and cinnamon to the yolks and mash them together.
Step 3Transfer the yolk mixture to a zipper-top plastic bag and cut off a small corner of the bag at the bottom. Pipe some of the yolk mixture into each egg white half. Serve.
