Frozen Vanilla Smoothie
This keto smoothie is simple to make, but still tastes great. Enjoy on hot afternoons while lounging on the porch.
2 scoops favorite protein powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp MCT Oil
Step 1In blender add protein powder, almond milk, mct oil and ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency.
Step 2Pour and serve.
Step 3For a frozen treat, blend and pour into popsicle molds or freezer safe container. Let set and serve.
