Ingredients
2 scoops favorite protein powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp MCT Oil
Ice cubes
Blender
Directions
- In blender add protein powder, almond milk, mct oil and ice cubes. Blend until desired consistency.
- Pour and serve.
- For a frozen treat, blend and pour into popsicle molds or freezer safe container. Let set and serve.
