kcalDeviled eggs . . . my loves . . . my everything . . . . I always have hard boiled eggs on hand for salads and on-the-go snacks. These breakfast-friendly deviled eggs are slightly sweet and satisfying—like a cinnamon bun.
Ingredients
4 large free-range eggs, hard boiled and peeled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Bean Sweetener
1/8 tsp ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg white halves on a plate.
- Add the mayonnaise, sweetener (if using), and cinnamon to the yolks and mash them together.
- Transfer the yolk mixture to a zipper-top plastic bag and cut off a small corner of the bag at the bottom. Pipe some of the yolk mixture into each egg white half. Serve.
