Lean and Tasty Lamb Burgers
Lamb burgers or kabobs with a tangy yogurt sauce. It's a delicious, easy, keto-friendly meal on the grill or stove-top. A refreshing change for summer grilling.

Ingredients
1 lb ground lamb
1/2 a red onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp sumac
1 tsp chili flakes
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped dill Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup plain, greek yogurt
2 tbsp chopped dill
2 garlic gloves, finely minced
1/4 tsp salt
Directions Preparing:20 minCooking:40 min
Step 1Mix the lamb ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside
Step 2Mix the yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
Step 3Burgers & Kabobs: form the meat into patties or oblong kabobs
Step 4Set grill / stove top at medium high heat
Step 5Use skewers for kabobs, thread the kabobs on the skewers and place on the grill
Step 6For the stove top place patties in a pan on stove top
Step 7Grill / cook for about 8-10 minutes or until desired level of doneness, turning once or twice while cooking
Step 8Remove from heat and let the meat cool 5-7 minutes before serving
Step 9Yogurt Sauce: After mixing, place yogurt sauce in refrigerator to keep chilled
Step 10Serve on side or top of burgers / kabobs
