Cheese Crackers
When you're craving a crunchy snack, these cheese crackers will surprise you with their crisp texture and rich flavor. While Cheddar is used in this recipe, other semi-hard cheeses, like Parmesan, work equally well. Enjoy these with a light dip or your favorite toppings.

Step 1Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spoon the cheese by tablespoons into eight piles, spaced at least 1½ inches apart.
Step 3Place the sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 4Remove the sheet from the oven. Cool the crackers on the sheet for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5Gently remove each cracker from the parchment and enjoy.
