Chili Lime Drumsticks
Drumsticks are one of the least expensive meats, next to chicken thighs and pork cutlets. Here the drumsticks are coated in a spicy, sweet chili-lime dressing.

½ cup Chili-Lime Marinade, divided

Step 1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on it.
Step 3In a bowl, toss the drumsticks with ¼ cup of marinade.
Step 4Place the drumsticks on the wire rack and bake until cooked through, about 40 minutes, basting them with the remaining ¼ cup of marinade halfway through.
