Ingredients
3 cups cauliflower florets
6 tbsp butter
4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the cooked cauliflower, pressing out any excess moisture.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cauliflower florets, butter, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pulse to combine and mix until smooth.
