Ingredients
3 cups cauliflower florets
6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons heavy (whipping) cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the cooked cauliflower, pressing out any excess moisture.
