Creamy Tomato Keto Soup
Soup has always been the best choice for winter days. But this one can be made all year long, which means once you try this one you will make it at least once a week.
28 oz. can peeled tomatoes, whole
28 oz. can of tomato puree
16 oz. of fresh cream
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
Step 1Add all ingredients in the crockpot and let it cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Step 2Puree or mash the tomatoes, stir and serve.
