Great question! We don’t currently have a post covering this, but plan to have one added soon. In the meantime, focus on plant and nut-based alternatives for any recipes that call for dairy.
Heavy Cream- Heavy cream can be replaced with coconut cream.
Cheeses- There are all sorts of vegan, dairy-free cheeses in the market.
Butter – Ghee is a form of butter that eliminates almost all traces of dairy, and is safe for most who are lactose intolerant or dairy-free. Coconut, nut, or seed butter is another dairy free replacement option.
Milk- Coconut milk
