Ingredients:

Bacon
Cream cheese
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, chopped

To roll:

Fresh chopped dill
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Paprika powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange bacon slices on baking.
  3. Then, bake the bacon 30 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Remove the bacon from the oven and place aside to cool. Then, crumble the bacon.
  5. Pour the bacon fat into a cup. Then, allow cooling.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Then, stir until smooth.
  7. Stir in the crumbled bacon, bacon fat, Gruyere cheese, then jalapeno peppers.
  8. Stir to combine. Then, cover the mixture with a clean foil and refrigerate the mixture 30 minutes.

2/3 cup coconut butter
¾ cup coconut oil
Cream cheese
1 teaspoon liquid stevia
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

  1. To make the almond layer, place the ghee and almond butter in a heat-proof bowl. And then, set the bowl over a pot filled with simmering water.
  2. Stir until melted. Also, stir in powdered Erythritol almond flour, and almond extract.
